Montrose, Colorado Altrusans provided 25 buddy bags, 30 children’s books, 8 adult easy readers and 3 children’s notebooks to the adult education center that serves Montrose and Olathe. In addition to, Altrusa’s signature Buddy Bags, dictionaries, books and supplies were gathered and delivered to the Adult Basic Education Program. The project goal was to enhance the program's children's room and to give the teachers something else to read in class as a group.

In December the Carroll County NH Altrusa Club in conjunction with the NHDCYS hosted a Christmas party for all of the foster care families and children in Carroll County (additional photo).

Altrusa International, Inc. of Kingsport, Tennessee participated in Kingsport’s 56th annual Mack Riddle American Legion Parade. This is the oldest consecutive parade in the nation. The Kingsport Club has participated since 2004.
