PDF Documents Appearing Blank
There is a documented problem with Internet Explorer related
to PDF forms not opening up correctly. There are a number of resolutions
that may help and can be found on the Microsoft and Adobe support pages.
Because of this issue, we have double checked all of our PDF forms to make sure
they are created correctly and have found them to be valid PDF documents.
Your best chance of fixing this problem is to first upgrade to
the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If, after upgrading, you are still experiencing
this problem, we suggest first saving the PDF to the hard drive on your PC and
then opening it. You can do this by placing the cursor over the link to
the PDF document and then right clicking. The following options will
appear:

Select Save Target As... and then enter the file name you would like to
save it under. After you have saved it, open it directly from your hard drive
and you should not have any problems provided you have Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed. |

Downloading Adobe Reader

To read and print PDF documents, you will need Acrobat Reader
4.0 or greater. If you do not have this program, then
click
here to download it from Adobe's web site for free.
