VIF HOME
The Vision In the Future Committee (VIF) was established during the Board of Director’s
meeting of Altrusa International, Inc. on January 29, 2005. The VIF committee was
organized in response to the Board’s concerns regarding the continued decrease in
membership in Altrusa that, in turn, is causing significant stress on the financial
stability of the organization.
The committee has been charged to serve as the steering committee for various sub-committees
to be appointed to review specified areas selected by the VIF Committee in order
to sustain the organization’s future. The sub-committees will research and
review the assigned areas, propose changes, and submit recommendations to the VIF
committee for final review and presentation to the Board. Proposed initial
Sub-Committees (SC) are: District Structure; Membership; International Office
Review; Marketing; and Human Resources.
